Hi All

I have agreed with the organisers of 'Dubstock' to have the second field for our use and will therefore be organising a Dandy Forum meet. The site is just over a mile from Leominster.

Everyone who attended last year thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

The dates for this are Friday 2nd August till Sunday 4th August.

The Fees for this are per person not per unit irrespective of how many nights you stay and are very reasonable at £10 per adult (16 & Over), £5 OAP & Children FREE.

I will be arriving by about 4pm on the Thursday and will be staying over on the Sunday night as well. Anyone wishing to stay the extra nights are more than welcome there is no charge for this. Due to it's dificult location I will PM anyone arriving on the thursday my mobile number so that I can meet you and guide in if necessary.

There are location maps and pictures on my photobucket library please follow this link.

http://s792.beta.photobucket.com/user/ianpduk/library/Dubstock

Please note that there are no onsite facilities. A bar will be on the Dubstock field for further details please visit the Dubstock site http://www.dubstock.co.uk where photos from previous years are held as are details of this years entertainment.

I will probably try to organise a BBQ at some time over the weekend.

The nearest supermarket is about 1mile and is a Morrisons superstore so you don't necessarily have to carry a full van load of beer and wine.

Any questions please ask

Many Thanks
Ian

At the end of the late meet last year a number of members asked about holding a summer meet at Yew Tree Farm.

I have managed to get an open slot for us for the weekend of 5th to 7th July (Booked 4th to 8th with extra nights possibly available). Fees are £5.50pun + £2.50EHU if required.

It gets light at about 4am and dark at about 10.20pm so plenty of daylight to explore the area.

The maximum for this will be about 20 units!

I hope this meets with your approval.

Regards
Ian
